Blurs in CIE-LCH after LogC convert, then restores lightness so chroma softens without milking luma.
Blur Color converts to AlexaV3LogC, then CIE-LCH, blurs, and Copy-restores the red (lightness) channel from the unblurred LCH so only chroma/hue are softened.
One size control on the group. Use for color noise or blotchy chroma when a full RGB blur would kill detail.
